Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Salavai Laundry software-as-a-service platform ("Service"), owned and operated by System Cares IT Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with its registered office at No 3/299, Binu Towers, Periyar Salai, Palavakkam, ECR, Chennai – 600041, India.

By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is a cloud-based application that helps laundry and dry-cleaning businesses manage orders, customers, billing, staff and reporting. We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time to improve the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

New accounts receive a free trial period as displayed at sign-up. Continued use of the Service after the trial requires an active paid subscription on one of our published plans, billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout.

Payments may be made via our online payment gateway (Razorpay) or by manual UPI transfer against the UPI ID / QR code we provide, in which case the subscription is activated only after we verify the payment. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may stop using the Service or request cancellation at any time by contacting us at the email address on our Contact page. Access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to violate any applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data and that of your customers entered into the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
